In essence, they lose the masses’s trust, along with their money. □□♂️ At any point, one of the many point solutions (L2) can get compromised, and that ends the mass adoption conversation right then and there. There are 5 key issues that currently plague the Ethereum (L1) network: ☠ Interfacing with third-party solutions introduces risks, technology fragmentation, UX issues, and delayed finality. While spaghetti coding and multi-point solutions can scale for centralized entities or with limited local risk exposure, these are not viable for scaling at a decentralized and/or global level. □ The thing is, when we talk about mass adoption via current blockchains, we often overlook the underlying problems.
